Tata Communications Limited has developed a multitude of portals to serve its employees' HR needs, ranging from complex career planning platforms to basic leave management systems. However, the lack of congruence between these portals has created a dissonance in user experience. EVA seeks to address this issue by providing a single, unified platform where employees can find everything HR-related.
